My name is Savannah Jaye.
I'm a photo student at Savannah College of Art and Design.
I have a passion for people and their stories.
I'm a writer, photographer, and wanderer, but I'm not sure in which order.
I'm living my dream and interning for TWLOHA this spring.

I'm not there yet, but I'm past the start.
Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
In retrospect I don’t even think she fully noticed the changes that night; nevertheless the next morning she woke up to the discovery that she had a heart for the first time in months. She no longer felt the jagged edges of it’s remnants beneath her bruised skin and broken ribs or the gapping hole that only served as a reminder for who she could never be, but she felt the beginnings of something more divine than what had resided there previously.
In that place she found it: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. There was honesty, faith, and trust. And then there was the hope.
There was so much hope.
For you, for me, and for her.
For the past, the present, and the future.
For humanity, for the friends and for the lonely.
